Thanks to those that joined us for the sponsored walk at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park on Sunday 2nd September and enjoyed a pleasant walk in spectacular surroundings.
It was nice to see some old faces and a few new ones.
The weather was kind, though a bit blustery at times, and the sculptures, set in gardens and woodlands are impressive. We weren't sure if the exmaples of dry stone walling were just there to be looked at or if they were 'working sculptures' particularly the sheep pens, either way they were certainly works of art.
Also, thanks to those who could not make it on the day, but sent us a donation.
